A Leadership Offsite Proposal | December 2026

Architecting
the Next Layer

Three days and three nights to step out of the operating cadence, think together and encounter technology and transformation from a different vantage point.

The Premise

Space to see the
system differently.

The offsite moves between four simple human modes: time to look inward, time to work together, time to engage with the world outside and time to hear a fresh external perspective.

Broadridge retains ownership of the core working agenda. We shape the surrounding experience and its rhythm—then co-create the specifics after the mandate is confirmed.

Inward

Reflective Session

Protected individual time to pause, take stock and surface personal perspectives before returning to the group.

Together

Broadridge Working Session

Broadridge-led time for the leadership group to work together on the priorities and agenda it chooses to bring.

Outward

Technology & Destination Immersion

A curated encounter with the setting, viewed through the lens of innovation, systems and transformation.

Outside-In

External Perspective

A focused exchange with an external voice selected to introduce a relevant and fresh point of view.

Designed Around Attention

The room matters.
So does the space around it.

A leadership cohort of 10–15 people creates room for depth, candor and meaningful one-to-one connection—without turning every moment into a formal session.

The Three-Day Journey

A clear flow.
A humane pace.

The logic is cumulative: arrive and shift perspective, spend the central day collaborating and exploring, then integrate and close well.

Every program day ends with dinner. Breaks, transitions and personal time are part of the design—not an afterthought.
01

Day 1 | 4h 30m Programmed | Arrive | Reflect | Begin Together

Sense the Signals

The first day is intentionally spacious. It helps the group leave the operating cadence behind, arrive as people and begin the shared work with the right quality of attention.
Arrival

Travel, Check-In & Unhurried Arrival

Participants travel from Bengaluru or Hyderabad and settle in without being rushed into a formal agenda. The precise arrival rhythm will flex around the chosen destination and flight pattern.

75 min

Inward | Reflective Session

A protected pause to shift from operational pace into a more reflective mode. The exact content will be designed with Broadridge once the mandate is confirmed.

Break

Refreshment & Transition

A genuine pause to move, refresh and reconnect informally before the first group working block.

2 hrs

Together | Broadridge Working Session

Broadridge-owned working time for the leadership agenda it chooses to bring. Our role is to create the conditions and pacing around that work, not prescribe it prematurely.

Downtime

Personal Time

Space to rest, call home, walk or simply absorb the setting before the evening begins.

75 min

Welcome Dinner

A relaxed shared meal that lets conversation continue naturally and closes the program day on a human note.

02

Day 2 | 7h 45m Programmed | Collaborate | Explore | Reframe

Connect the System

The second day carries the most energy. It combines Broadridge’s main working block with the fullest encounter with the destination and one concise outside-in perspective.
2.5 hrs

Together | Broadridge Working Session

The longest uninterrupted Broadridge-led block, scheduled while attention is freshest. Breaks within the session can be shaped around the final internal agenda.

Break

Lunch & Reset

An unhurried lunch and transition window, protecting energy before leaving the primary meeting environment.

3 hrs

Outward | Technology & Destination Immersion

A curated encounter with the city through its particular technology and transformation story. The format and partners remain open until the destination and mandate are confirmed.

Downtime

Personal Time

A deliberate decompression window after the immersion, rather than moving immediately into another formal session.

60 min

Outside-In | External Perspective

A focused conversation with a speaker who can introduce a useful lens from beyond the immediate Broadridge context. The profile will be curated in response to the final brief.

75 min

Dinner

A convivial evening designed for informal exchange, with no additional programmed content after the meal begins.

03

Day 3 | 3h 45m Programmed | Integrate | Reflect | Close Well

Architect the Next Layer

The final program day brings the experience together without forcing a premature conclusion. It protects enough time for shared work, personal integration and an unhurried close.
1.5 hrs

Together | Broadridge Working Session

A final Broadridge-led block to continue or complete the internal agenda. Its specific direction and intended outputs will be defined by Broadridge.

Break

Refreshment & Transition

A short reset between collective work and the final period of individual reflection.

60 min

Inward | Reflective Session

Quiet time to consolidate personal observations from the three days and consider what each leader wants to carry forward.

Break

Lunch

A relaxed meal that marks the shift from formal programming into a lighter final afternoon.

Afternoon

Downtime & Informal Connection

Protected space for rest, one-to-one conversations or enjoying the destination without another scheduled activity.

75 min

Closing Dinner

A warm final gathering that celebrates the time together and ends the offsite without turning the evening into another workshop.

Day 4 | Breakfast & Departures

No additional programming. The final morning remains clear for an easy check-out and return journey.

Four Possible Settings

Each city changes the conversation.

The program architecture remains consistent. What changes is the atmosphere, the visual language and the particular transformation story available outside the room.

India

Jaipur

Heritage Meets Modernization

A place to consider how organizations modernize without losing the systems, memory and craft that give them strength.

  • Continuity
  • Urban Reinvention
  • Design Intelligence
Jaipur helps the cohort explore how enduring institutions can modernize with confidence while preserving the identity, judgment and cultural memory that sustain trust.

A layered port city shaped by exchange and enterprise—an inviting frame for exploring how diverse inputs become resilient innovation.

  • Exchange
  • Adaptability
  • Connected Thinking
Kochi shows how diverse perspectives, fluid networks and adaptive thinking can help leaders turn complexity and difference into resilient advantage.

A city of contrasts where heritage, commerce and infrastructure evolve at visible speed—an energetic frame for leading through continual change.

  • Urban Velocity
  • Decisive Leadership
Bangkok reveals how speed, contrast and constant reinvention can sharpen executive judgment—helping the cohort lead decisively through complexity and rapid change.
Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur

Transformation at Regional Scale

A regional hub where technology ecosystems, digital infrastructure and transformation can be encountered at metropolitan scale.

  • Digital Infrastructure
  • Technology Ecosystems
  • Regional Transformation
Kuala Lumpur connects digital infrastructure, technology ecosystems and regional ambition—helping the cohort frame transformation at scale through bolder enterprise choices.

Indicative Program Balance
