A cohort of 10–15 gives every leader room to speak and time to connect one to one. The agenda does not need to occupy every hour.
The Three-Day Journey
A clear flow.
A humane pace.
Day 1 slows the pace and frames the work. The main working session, city immersion and outside perspective follow on Day 2. The final morning turns what surfaced into decisions and next actions.
Two evenings end with dinner. The final day closes before lunch, with a clear afternoon departure window.

Arrival is deliberately light. The group settles in, steps out of the operating week and frames the questions worth carrying into Day 2.Arrival
